We’ve simplified the interface by merging the separate Communication and Activity panels into one, creating a cleaner and more organized layout. Now, you’ll also have complete control over your menu. You can:
Re-order icons to match your preferences. Hide icons that you don’t use for a more personalized workspace. Expand sections to full-screen view to focus on specific details. This customizable menu allows pest control professionals to arrange the tools they need in a way that suits their workflow.
Multi-Function Shortcut Button We’ve added a new multi-function "New" button, designed to give you quick access to a range of options. This button allows you to create new items such as Jobs, Invoices, Leads, and more without leaving the page you're on. Referencing the image, you can see it offers shortcuts to many modules, making it easier to navigate and manage your tasks efficiently.
Menu Reordering Feature You can now reorder icons to match your workflow by dragging and rearranging them, or hide icons you don’t use for a cleaner interface.
Additionally, the Expand and Condense button lets you switch to full-screen view for a broader workspace or condense it for a more compact layout, offering flexibility based on your needs.
Responsive Design for All Devices This update brings further improvements to responsive design, ensuring a consistent experience across all devices. Whether you're using a desktop, tablet, or mobile device, the layout will automatically adapt to fit your screen, making navigation smooth and intuitive.

Smart Tables for Faster Data Access In addition to design improvements, we’ve upgraded several data tables across the system.

Leads Forms Assets Photo Tabs Smart tables offer advanced features like filtering, searching, and sorting, making it easier to organize and access important data.
The Timeline feature has also been updated to a smart table, allowing you to search and filter event history more efficiently.
View Both Saved and Submitted Forms A new feature now allows you to easily access both Saved and Submitted forms. This addition improves visibility, making it simple to track and manage forms that are still in progress or those that have been completed.
